Hotel Policies

  • What time is check-in and check-out? Closed Open

    Check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability. Late checkout fee varies depending on time of day. We are happy to store your luggage.

  • What are the Check-in policies? Closed Open

    Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room and check in. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo ID must match the name on the reservation.

  • What is the maximum room occupancy? Closed Open

    Only 2 persons may occupy each room. Queen/Queen, King Suites and the Arigato Suite hold up to 4 people per room. No unauthorized events or gatherings in guest rooms.

  • Does the hotel offer connecting guestrooms? Closed Open

    Yes, subject to availability. The hotel has 8 total connecting guestrooms.

  • What is the Pet Policy? Closed Open

    Only documented service animals are allowed at the goodtime hotel.

  • Which payment options are available? Closed Open

    Valid credit card or debit card is required upon check-in. The card will be authorized for the estimated amount of your entire stay (room, Resort Fee and applicable taxes) and a deposit for incidental charges will be taken. It may take 72+ hours after check-out for your bank to release the credit hold. The Hotel is not responsible for overdraft charges incurred due to the hold. Accepted currency: U.S. Dollars. Cash payment is an option at checkout.

  • Does your hotel offer smoking rooms? Closed Open

    Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the Hotel, including in the guest rooms. A minimum $250 cleaning charge is assessed if it is determined that there was smoking in the guest room during your reservation period.

  • Does the goodtime hotel charge a resort fee? Closed Open

    Yes. The nightly rate does not include a Resort Fee equal to US$35.00+ tax per night, per room. The Resort Fee includes: Pool and Amenities Access (goodtime hotel guests receive exclusive complimentary access to special events at The Pool at Strawberry Moon), Beach Access, (2) Hours on the goodtime bikes (based on availability), (2) Beach Loungers Daily, Beach Towels (with deposit), MyBeast Workout Facility, Fitness Center Access, Internet Access, (2) Bottles of Water and Domestic Phone Calls.

  • What is the hotel’s cancellation policy? Closed Open

    24-hour cancellation policy: Deposit of 1 night room and tax is required for all confirmed reservations. You are guaranteed for late arrival; however, if you find it necessary to cancel or change your travel plans, please inform us 1 day prior to your arrival to avoid one night room and tax charge to your credit card. The card will be authorized at check-in for the estimated amount of your entire stay (room, Resort Fee, an amount for incidentals $100/night, plus applicable taxes). If you booked a non-refundable reservation or a special that requires a full payment at the time of booking, a payment of all nights with taxes will be required as a deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change or additional fees. *Certain Specials, promotions, and discounted rates are non-changeable as noted in the description of the special or promotion.

Parking

  • What are the parking costs? Closed Open

    Valet parking is $45 + tax with unlimited in and out privileges. Daily parking for up to 8 hours is $25 + tax. Valet with Strawberry Moon validation is $15 + tax. Oversize vehicles will be charged an extra $10.00 over and above all posted valet charges.

    No, the hotel does not have a spa but we have local partnerships to arrange spa services.

  • Do you accept guest packages and offer storage service? Closed Open

    Yes, we will accept and hold packages. Please address them to the name on your reservation and arrival date.

  • Where are the ice machines located? Closed Open

    Ice Machines are located on the 3rd, 5th and 7th floors.

  • Do you have umbrellas for rainy days? Closed Open

    Umbrellas are available at the Front Desk and can be used for the day with a small deposit, refunded when returned.

  • How can I call another room? Closed Open

A goodtime at the pool

  • Where is the pool? Closed Open

    The Pool at Strawberry Moon is located on the third floor. To enter, please stop by the third floor VIP Pool entrance. As a registered hotel guest, you have exclusive access and re-entry rights to the pool from main pool entrance gate, by showing your entry stamp.

  • Does the pool have entertainment? Closed Open

    Each weekend The Pool at Strawberry Moon is transformed into a high energy day club - the perfect place to relax, dance, and let loose with top celebrity DJs poolside.

  • Is there an additional charge for weekend pool events? Closed Open

    All hotel guests have complimentary access to weekend pool events.

  • What are the pool hours? Closed Open

    Hours: 7AM – 7PM, can vary based on special event programming. Food and bar services begin at 11AM.

  • Can I use a pool lounger? Closed Open

    A limited number of loungers are available complimentary, provided on a first come, first serve basis. You are encouraged to set up towel seating around the pool area - it’s the place to be.

  • How can I rent a Daybed or Cabana? Closed Open

    Daybed and Cabana rentals can be reserved at a cost through the VIP pool host, based on availability. At approximately 10AM, our team will kindly ask guests to release the daybed and cabanas for pending reservations.

  • Is there a minimum age to enter the pool area? Closed Open

    The pool deck welcomes guests of all ages with the exception of special ticketed events, for which guests must be 18+ or 21+ to enter.

  • Is there an alternative space to enjoy during special events? Closed Open

    We offer chaise lounges on a designated area of Miami Beach just two blocks away from the hotel during special events.

Special Events

  • What else should I know about Special Events? Closed Open

    Day Beds and Cabanas are available by reservation only during special events.
    ALL Event Access: Please visit the VIP Host Stand on the third floor at the entrance of The Pool at Strawberry Moon.
    ALL events Friday, Saturday and Sunday are for ages 21+.
    Pool deck is open for hotel guests on special event days.
    Hotel, Cabana and Day Bed guests will all receive Special Event wristbands.
    Two (2) total guests per hotel room will receive access to the Special Events.

Beach Zone

  • What are the beach zone hours? Closed Open

    Our goodtime beach zone operations are available from 10:00am – 5:00pm.

  • Where is the beach zone? Closed Open

    Access the beach from Washington avenue and take a right on 7th street heading east. Our beach area is located on the north side of the entrance.

Library

  • What is the library at the goodtime? Closed Open

    One of the coolest little nooks at the goodtime, where we encourage you to lounge, read a book, gather with friends or just take a moment to relax. You’ll find cozy seating, light woods, soft palettes and a nod to the neighborhood’s Art Deco spirit.

Gym & Mybeast

  • What wellness and fitness facilities do you offer? Closed Open

    In partnership with MyBeast, we have created an indoor/outdoor gym for pushing yourself to the maximum. We have also included popular favorites like Peloton stationary bikes and TechnoGym Skillrun Treadmills, with all the bells and whistles you’d expect.

    Yoga Class: Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday at 9AM. Meet us on the third floor at the fitness center.
