PHOTO SHOOTS

The goodtime hotel welcomes professional photo shoots. A few ground rules below.

• Deposit must be received prior to filming
• COI must be presented in advance of filming
• No privatization of any spaces
• Work around and do not inconvenience any hotel guests
• Rooms are required for hair and makeup (depends on availability)
• Cleaning Fee of $300- $500 depending on the size of the crew and amount of cleanup post shoot
• Pool shoots work MUCH better starting early in the morning, most start at 7am
• We only allow photo shoots during the weekday preferably Monday – Thursday

RESORT FEE
The rate does not include a Resort Fee equal to US $40.00 + tax per night, per room. The Resort Fee includes: Welcome arrival Prosecco toast, per stay; Daily goodtime exclusive beach access, includes two chairs; Daily programming/activations with a Live DJ and music event Pool Parties for up to 2 guests; Daily two-hour beach bike usage for up to 2 guests; Daily enhanced high-speed internet access; Bonvoy Elite Amenity: daily valet parking

SPECIAL EVENT ACCESS
Hotel Guests get complimentary access to pool parties. Pool parties are 21+ and take place every Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Please visit the VIP Host Stand on the third floor at the entrance of The Pool.

CHECK IN POLICIES
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation. Check in time is 4PM and check out time 11AM.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
A credit card and valid picture I.D. of the guest is required upon check-in. Upon arrival, we require a valid credit card or debit card. The card will be authorized at check-in for the estimated amount of your entire stay (room, Resort Fee, an amount for incidentals, plus applicable taxes) and a deposit for incidental charges will be taken. It may take 72 hours or longer after check-out for your bank to release the credit hold on your account. The hotel is not responsible for overdraft charges incurred due to the hold. Accepted currency: U.S. Dollars Cash payment is an option at checkout with your good host.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECKOUT
Rooms may not be available until after the reserved hotel's designated check-in time of 4PM. Early check-in is extended based on availability. Hotel check-out time is 11AM. The late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day. If a room is not available upon early arrival or we cannot extend your requested late checkout, our staff will be happy to store your luggage on your behalf. 

PARKING
Valet parking of $50.00 is available with unlimited in and out privileges. Daily parking for up to 8 hours is $30.00.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the Hotel, including in the guest rooms. A minimum $500 cleaning fee is automatically charged for smoking in the guest room during your reservation period.

Our rooms are equipped with smoke sensitive sensors which will pick up any smoke from cigarettes, marijuana, vape, tobacco, e-cigarettes, incense, candles or any other form of combustible smoke.

MAXIMUM ROOM OCCUPANCY
Only 2 persons may occupy each room. Queen/Queen, King Suites and the Arigato Suite hold up to 4 people per room. No unauthorized events or gatherings in guest rooms. 

PET POLICY
We welcome cats and dogs (limit 2 total) with a maximum weight of up to 75 lbs per pet. There's a fee of $150 per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING 
We will accept and hold packages at $5 per package. Please address them to the name on your reservation and arrival date.

THE POOL 
The pool deck welcomes guests of all ages during the week with the exception of special ticketed events. All weekend special events are 21+ to enter. Daybeds and cabanas available for a fee.  Sun loungers available on weekends for a fee and during weekdays are complimentary with limited availability. 

BEACH

Located on 7th and Ocean, just a few blocks from our hotel. Take advantage of beach loungers while soaking in the ocean vibes.  Loungers based upon availability. 

 

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
Daily housekeeping service from 10 am - 6 pm.
