Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.

Guarantee Policy:
Refundable reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking. Card will not be charged until time of departure or in the event of a cancellation. At check-in, you will be asked to present a valid major credit card in the name of the registered guest.

For non-refundable reservations, the full booking amount will be charged to your card at the time the reservation is made. Guest will need to provide a credit card upon arrival for incidental hold.

Rate/Reservation Validity:
Please note that an electronic reservation confirmation will be provided to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your reservation we ask that you let us know at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. If we don't hear from you, a no-show penalty of one night's stay and tax will be charged to the card you provided us. To modify a reservation, please call us at 213-623-3233.

Reservations designated as non-refundable (Pay Now, Save Later, Pay Now and Save) require full pre-payment at the time of booking. These reservations are non-refundable & non-exchangeable regardless of circumstance. If you think your travel plans might change for any reason — including coming down with the flu — our standard reservation is your best bet as we cannot refund or modify on advanced purchases. (Mostly, we just want to see you.)

Early Departure:
The goodtime hotel reserves the right to assess an early departure fee. When you check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and and if you do so 72 hours before your departure date. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged the early departure fee, consisting of one night's room rate and tax. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Maximum Room Occupancy:
Only 2 persons may occupy each room. Double Queen and King Suites can accommodate up to 4 people per room. No unauthorized events or gatherings in guest rooms.
